Summer Berry Soup
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Raspberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Light Red Wine
Place berries and sugar in a blender and puree. Pour into a pitcher and stir in creams until well blended. Add water and wine and chill. Then listen to Mick Jagger's hacky solo effort She's the Boss and laugh.
