Nice! We had our doubts, but a pass is a pass and Chris came through. Now all that's left is Andrew breezing though his test half asleep.

A slight leak in the storefront area is being ironed out and all the walls, including the brick, will be creme(ish) matte. All with a sexy burgundy colour applied to the support beams and juicy black detail for the piping.

Oh, and by the way, the floor still looks great.

Floor Done

After much delay our floor problems have been solved thanks to Andy and the good people at Hoffman Floor Coverings based out of Long Island. We highly recommend their services for any size job.

Our new counter is being manufactured as we speak following a fallout with the nobs at Gotham Forest Products. Do not, I repeat, do not use Gotham for any job.

We will instead be using a red oak for our counter. As for projected start date. Owner Chris is taking his food prep/safety test this Tuesday. So we are shooting for end of this month as the earliest.

We are sprinting towards the finish line now. We can use all the encouragement we can get!
