Activity abounds at 1087 Flushing in Bushwick (our physical address). With the addition/completion of several integral components in this past week, we are seemingly on track to become the greatest purveyors of sandwiches in the Tri-State area.
Latest Happenings
- We are continuing to hone our offerings of breads and other baked goods.
- Our architect, Allison, is generating floor plans as I type this.
- The courtyard/main entrance to The Loom is nearly finished.
- We will be at the Boar's Head facilities in Bushwick today.
