The Weight of the World
We are taking our first steps toward attaining the perfect sandwich. At the moment our Pennsylvania crooner, Chris De Marco, is scoping out deli equipment in his home state.
He just reported that after going on a journey quest with the Unami people of the Delaware Valley, he just happened to come across a scale (pictured below). Or maybe it was the scale that found him?
